When to Travel

Japan enjoys four distinct seasons. We recommend you plan your trip to the fifth station of Mount Fuji between April and October. Due to the closure of Subaru Line, which leads to the fifth station, you are not able to hike up the mountain from late October to March, but the view of the mountain from a distance is exquisite during this time of the year as crisp air allows a full and clear view of the mountain.
